Wedding Prep Time

Here is a little cheat sheet to give you an idea of what is typically done within the ideal timeline; of course not all skin is alike and need the same things so I 100% recommend a consultation and coming up with the perfect customized plan for your skin! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

(Please don’t call 2 weeks before, you will not achieve goals) 😉⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Mother/mother-in-law of the bride:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Radio frequency microneedling.  more effective than Thermage or Ultherapy because it is engineered very cleverly to reach deeper into the dermis to tighten existing collagen and build new collagen.  I suggest both your lower face and neck. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

NOTE: This takes 3 months to see full results and ideally I would like you to have a few sessions every 8 weeks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. If you have red and brown spots, 1-3 BBL treatments are needed spaced 4 weeks apart. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. Botox and filler do this well before, so if the injector isn’t good, it can wear off.  Start 3-6 months before. You can touch it up, if you like it 2 weeks before the wedding. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4. Diamond glow with a lactic peel 3 weeks before. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5. Update your skin care products, and work on any acne, rosacea, or other skin issues starting about 3 months before.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Bride/bridal party:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Consider a full face and neck Thermage about 3 months before the wedding.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Microneedle series of 3 every 4 weeks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. Botox and filler about 6 weeks before. If you’re new to this, start 3-4months before, to allow time to adjust it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4. Diamond glow series of 4 done every 4 weeks add on a light peel about 3 weeks before.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5. Update your skin care products, and work on any acne, rosacea, or other skin issues starting about 3 months before. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
